Building GUCO Learning Lab, from one online class to three lines of learning

In 2020, families started asking me for personalized online English classes. I have been designing the lab around that demand ever since: its model, its programs, its tools and its brand.

How it started

April 2020: a phone, a white wall and a lot of energy

The pandemic caught me teaching preschool. I started recording short videos so my students could keep learning at home. Then families began asking for one-on-one online classes, and the requests never stopped.

Design that scales without losing the person

Every program at GUCO still starts with a diagnosis of one learner or one team. What changed is that the questions, templates and reports are now designed once and reused, so other teachers can deliver with the same care.
